Hi there, I’m Tim! I’m a game designer who is local to Boston, MA and have been involved in the tabletop game design community for years.
In addition to being a game designer, I am also game design faculty at Northeastern University; the Vice President of Tabletop Curation for BostonFIG, the largest indie game festival in New England; and I am the president for the Game Maker’s Guild, the largest in-person board game design group on the East Coast.
I currently have three published board games: Oh My Gods! from Gameworthy Labs (self-published), Bumuntu by WizKids!, and Yosemite by WizKids! I also design Escape Room games and run them at conventions to support local charities.
In addition to game design and games community building, I have spoken on a number of panels at conventions such as PAX East and Metatopia, have appeared on many podcasts, have written game design articles, and have judged for a number of game design contests, such as IndieCade, the Cardboard Edison Award, and The Board Game Workshop design contest.
